By accessing, browsing, or using Stinzy (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use Stinzy. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and have full legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of the Platform

Stinzy is a social, community, and engagement platform designed to enable content sharing, interaction, creator participation, and utility-based digital reward systems.

Stinzy is not a bank, broker, exchange, or financial institution. Stinzy does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. Stinzy does not guarantee profits, returns, or value.

All participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

3. Account Registration

Certain features require account creation.

You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

Stinzy is not responsible for losses resulting from compromised accounts due to user negligence.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (“User Content”). By posting content, you grant Stinzy a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for platform operation and promotion.

You may not submit content that is illegal, deceptive, infringes intellectual property rights, harasses others, or contains malicious code.

Stinzy may remove content or restrict accounts at its sole discretion.

5. Points, Tokens, and Digital Rewards

Stinzy may offer points, credits, or tokens as utility-based participation mechanisms.

You acknowledge that rewards do not represent ownership, equity, profit rights, or financial instruments. Rewards may have no monetary value and may be modified, paused, or discontinued at any time.

Availability may vary by jurisdiction.

6. Purchases, Contributions, and Payments

ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

This includes subscriptions, digital items, tokens, credits, presale contributions, and on-chain transactions.

There are no refunds, no chargebacks, and no reversals for any reason.

Once completed, transactions cannot be undone.

7. No Investment, Securities, or Profit Expectation

Nothing on Stinzy constitutes an offer or sale of securities, an investment contract, or a promise of profit.

Tokens and rewards are structured as utility-based tools intended solely for platform access, engagement, and functionality.

Users must not acquire tokens with an expectation of profit, appreciation, resale value, or reliance on the managerial efforts of others.

Any such expectation is explicitly disclaimed.

8. TINZ Token Purpose and Utility

TINZ is a utility token designed to support participation within the Stinzy ecosystem.

The intended purposes of TINZ include access to platform features, unlocking tools or communities, engagement-based participation, conversion of platform points into on-chain utility, and non-binding signaling or feedback mechanisms.

TINZ is not equity, not ownership, not a share of profits, not a dividend-bearing asset, and does not grant rights to revenue, assets, or management of Stinzy.

9. No Expectation of Market or Liquidity

Stinzy does not guarantee that TINZ or any digital reward will have liquidity, market availability, or exchange listings.

Any secondary market activity, if it exists, is independent of Stinzy and not controlled or promoted by Stinzy.

Tokens may have no value or may lose all value.

10. On-Chain and Smart Contract Disclaimer

Stinzy utilizes blockchain technology and smart contracts.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible and that smart contracts operate autonomously once executed.

Stinzy is not responsible for network failures, congestion, smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, forks, protocol changes, or user error.

All on-chain activity is performed at your own risk.

11. No Custody and Wallet Responsibility

Stinzy does not custody user funds and does not have access to private keys.

You are solely responsible for wallet security, private keys, seed phrases, and transaction accuracy.

Lost or misdirected digital assets cannot be recovered.

12. Experimental Technology Disclosure

The Platform, tokens, and smart contracts are experimental technologies.

Features may change, be removed, upgraded, or discontinued at any time. Development timelines are not guaranteed.

Participation may result in partial or total loss of digital assets.

13. Restricted Jurisdictions and Geo-Blocking

You may not access or use Stinzy if participation is prohibited in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for determining legality in your location.

Use of VPNs, proxies, or tools to bypass restrictions is prohibited.

Accessing the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction constitutes a violation of these Terms.

14. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to exploit or manipulate platform systems, use unauthorized automation or bots, circumvent security or geo-blocking measures, or engage in unlawful activity.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

15. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, logos, designs, and proprietary systems are owned by Stinzy or its licensors.

Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution is prohibited.

16. Termination

Stinzy may suspend or terminate access at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for operational or security reasons.

17. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Stinzy makes no warranties regarding availability, uptime, accuracy, security, or value of digital rewards.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stinzy, its founders, operators, developers, affiliates, contractors, service providers, licensors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, investigations, liabilities, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses of any kind, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

a) Your access to or use of the Platform;

b) Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law, regulation, or rule;

c) Your User Content, including any claim that your content infringes, misappropriates, or violates the rights of any third party;

d) Your participation in any token, points, rewards, presale, staking-style mechanism, or on-chain activity associated with Stinzy;

e) Any transaction you initiate, approve, or broadcast, including irreversible blockchain transactions;

f) Your misuse of the Platform, including but not limited to fraud, manipulation, exploitation, automation, circumvention of safeguards, or security violations;

g) Any dispute between you and another user or third party, including service providers, wallet providers, or blockchain networks.

This indemnification obligation applies regardless of the theory of liability and whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, statute, or otherwise.

Stinzy reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with such defense and waive any conflict of interest claims.

Your indemnification obligations survive termination of your account, your use of the Platform, and these Terms.

20. Changes to Terms

Stinzy may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
